FSC Forest Week is an annual global awareness campaign aimed to drive appreciation of our forests, raise awareness about FSC’s work, and highlight the role of forest stewards.
Daisley For Good developed a robust yet scrappy strategic campaign for Canadians, which we called Stand For Forests.
At the heart of the campaign was an award-winning animated short that acted as a brand story, a reflection of the beauty of the natural world, and a call to action for every Canadian to be active forest stewards by purchasing FSC-certified products.
This short was created by the amazing people at GoodForm Studio, narrated by Juno award-winning Indigenous recording artist, William Prince, with music and sound design by Juno award winner Jeff Moberg.
And… it received an Applied Arts Award for Single Animation!
“We’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Allison for the past four years. She’s an incredibly passionate person, down-to-earth, collaborative and truly an incredible human. She’s always looking for ways to help the world around her, leveraging whatever skills and talent she has to make things happen and to move the needle. Most importantly, she’s got integrity and stays true to her values. Folks like Allison are rare, you’d be lucky to get to work with her.”

Enabling Forest Stewards
To ensure every Canadian knew how to support FSC and its work, we also developed and launched shopFSC.ca – a bilingual online directory connecting Canadians with available FSC-certified products. This mobile responsive website was promoted by influencer partners, Google Ad words, SEO, and social media advertising.
Amplifying The Message
The Stand For Forests campaign was further supported by key influencer partnerships with TV personality, carpenter and renovation expert, Mike Holmes Jr, environmental journalist and TV eco-expert, Candice Batista of the Eco Hub and lifestyle guru Afiya Fransisco.
We also drove participation by engaging FSC’s extensive network of partners and supporters, providing them with training material and a full suite of ready-to-share social assets.
